Improve your account’s security with two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (or 2FA, for short) is a security feature that requires an extra step after entering your password.

It is designed around the principle of your password being something you know, and requiring something you have (such as your mobile phone) to prove it is really you logging in and not a hacker who has your password.

The simplest form of 2FA is to send a special code by text message to your phone. Enabling this just requires your phone number. You must enter the code we send to your phone in order to complete your login.

You can also use an app - such as Google Authenticator or Authy - to generate access codes. Once your app is linked to your Waggybytes Account, you just open it and enter the code it displays when you login.

We strongly recommend you enable one of these options on your account.
