What is a “node hour”?

If you use hourly-billed devices, you will see references to a “node hour” in the console and on your invoices.

A node hour is a unit of billing which means “per node/device per hour.”

For example:

If you have 5 devices on the standard plan at a cost of £0.005p per node hour, it will cost the following for a full day’s service:

5 devices x 24 hours x £0.005p
5 x 24 x 0.005 = £0.60p
